To: Director
of Quality and Outcomes
Status:
Full Time
Major
Function:
Responsible
for mandated audits, oversight of selected outcomes projects, assisting
in database form creation and data entry and reporting.

Perform
all mandated audits.
Oversight
of selected clinical outcomes projects.
Assist
in coordinating data requests and customized reports, as needed.
Ensure data integrity and timeliness
of multiple database submissions.
Assist in Quality Management Education
to contracted organizations.
Assist with database form creation
of clinical database projects.
Assist in strategic planning of Quality
and Outcomes Division and CRSTI.
Assist in the coordination of the
data harvest.
Additional
Responsibilities:
May perform other duties as assigned or requested.
Prerequisites:
Required: RN with Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in appropriate
study area; two (2) years experience or equivalent combination of education
and experience.
Preferred: RN with Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in appropriate
study area; five (5) years experience or equivalent combination of education
and experience.
Computer
Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint,
Access)
