The purpose of study is to measure how well the MAGE-A3 works in preventing NSCLC from recurring after the removal of tumor by surgery. A total of 13 injections will be made in the muscle of upper arm; the first 5 injections will be given every 3 weeks and the next 8 every 3 months. Outcome will be measured X-rays or CT scans, blood tests and physical examinations. The study will take place over a period of 30 months.
