Director of Quality and Outcomes

Syma Prince joined CRSTI in May 1998 as the Quality Programs Manager.

Syma received her B.S.N. from the University of Florida at which point she joined Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. She served as a staff nurse, charge nurse, Assistant Coordinator of the Medical Oncology unit, and finally as a Patient Representative for Administration at Cedars Sinai. She also spent 3 years at Methodist Hospital in San Antonio as an admitting nurse.

Syma has also been a Quality Assurance/Utilization Review Coordinator at Crescent Counties Foundation for Medical Care (PRO) in Chicago. In Amarillo she performed UR/QA/CM duties for one of the local hospitals. She then moved to Wichita Falls, Texas where she was Quality / IPA Manager at the Clinics of North Texas. Then Syma moved to Dallas, Texas to become the Manager of Quality Management at Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas.

Syma's extensive background in clinical settings as well as outcomes assessment and management are important contributions to CRSTI's Quality Assurance Program which interfaces with multiple North Texas clinics and hospitals.
