David A. Fosdick, a practicing cardiothoracic and vascular surgeon, is the former president of COR Specialty Associates of North Texas (CSANT) and Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas' Medical and Dental Staff. Board Certified in Thoracic and Vascular Surgery, Dr. Fosdick has completed additional specialty certification in minimally invasive, thoracic and carotid procedures.

His medical training began at the University of Michigan School of Medicine where he received his M.D. in 1976. Dr. Fosdick then completed his internship and surgical residencies at the University of Texas Health Science Center.
He is a member of the American College of Surgeons, Society of Thoracic Surgeons and The Texas Medical Association.

Cardiovascular surgery, bronchcogenic carcinoma and esophogeal diseases are among Dr. Fosdick's particular medical interests. His experience and expertise with complicated vascular and thoracic surgeries have been recognized throughout the United States, presenting his findings at dozens of surgical conferences throughout his medical career. Dr. Fosdick also maintains a strong commitment to cardiovascular research and participates in several clinical studies with the Cardiopulmonary Research Science and Technology Institute.
