Michelle Bruns
Director of Education

Michelle graduated from Midwestern State University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts in Science. She majored in Biology with a minor in Chemistry.

Upon graduation from college Michelle was offered a position at the Clinics of North Texas as Utilization Management / Quality Management Assistant. Michelle conducted Provider Performance Audits, Quality Assessment studies, patient satisfaction studies, Outcomes coordinator and continuing medical education coordinator.

Within a year, Michelle was assisting in the formation and implementation of an Independent Physician Association (IPA). Her position was then altered to include, in addition to the previously mentioned, Quality Assessment for the IPA, referral authorization and member relations.

In August of 1998, Michelle left her position at Clinics of North Texas to join the staff at CRSTI as Continuing Medical Education (CME) Coordinator. Her position at CRSTI will involve the planning, implementation and supervision of numerous continuing education programs, symposiums, and lectures.
